Ms. Flynn's Questions:

1)  Why did you choose this topic?

I chose to research HIV because it is the virus that causes AIDS, which is the
deadliest disease without a cure in the world.

2)  What did you learn?

I learned that even though teenagers think "it can't happen to us", it only takes one
mistake in judgement to put you at risk of getting HIV.  Unlike most mistakes, there is
nothing that even your parents can do to get you out of HIV.

3)  What did you gain from this research and presentation experience?

This research opened my eyes to HIV, how much of a problem it is, and the fact that
teens get HIV every day by making one mistake in judgement, which can easily
happen when they use drugs or drink alcohol.
